Forefront HR was established in 2009 by Rachel Walsh. Rachel has grown her HR career within an IT company, ultimately becoming their International HR Director. In this position, she was a member of the EMEA, APAC and Corporate G & A management teams. The majority of Rachel’s 13 year generalist and operational HR experience has involved strategic and succession planning, change management, recruitment strategy, people development, employee relations, talent management and business-wide restructure (incorporating TUPE and implementation of HRIS systems). Rachel’s experience is backed up by her professional CIPD qualifications. Rachel’s depth of knowledge of both UK and International employment matters make her an ideal resource for both big and small UK businesses, requiring hands-on generalist Human Resources best practice advice and support.
