NBG Members discover the true power of this website

Members of the Newbury Business Group were given an insight into the true power of this website at today's breakfast meeting courtesy of former chairman Nigel Morgan of Berkshire public relations and social media consultancy Morgan PR.
The NBG website was lovingly created with stacks of functionality by another member of the group, Adrian Scott of Newbury website design specialists Companion Computers and with the traffic hitting the site ever increasing it was time for a refresher in making the most of it.
Members are able to manage their profiles to ensure that visitors to the website can find out how to contact them, and who they might like to come along on a Friday morning and meet.
They can also add and manage:
- News Articles - effectively a powerful blog.
- Book a Masterclass - each week a member delivers a 10 minute masterclass.
- Promote Events - Members can use the site to share external events too.
Nigel explained the interface of each section of the website and encouraged members to contribute and explained the benefits both in terms of driving visitors to the website - and of course visitors to the group.
